After battling sciatica for 7 years without anything working, sure. Of course I gave this thing a shot. After 2 weeks of doing a session per day on top of the stretcher, my mind is blown and my back is.... happy!! Finally some relief. It actually does help, the pain is almost fully gone. I'll continue using it until I don't hurt at all anymore. So far, I'm almost in tears of joy while writing this. Thank you!

After 40 years as a construction worker my back is shot. My wife encouraged me to use the old rolled up towel method but it dont work. This is great. Firm and does the job I need it to. Back feels a great lot better. Big thanks from this old man 🤣🤣

I literally used this the second I got it out the package. The instructions were simple and concise even though it's pretty self explanatory but I appreciate the guidance. I used to do yoga to help my back pain but that was nothing compared to the quick relief I got from this!
